Search Terms
A name or location entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Henry County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider receives and handles the request under its own privacy notice and terms.
Messages and Contact Requests
Email and contact-form messages are retained so a response can be given and the conversation can be understood. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or an urgent safety need.
Technical Data and Cookies

Security Efforts
Reasonable, standard safeguards are used for information handled by the service. No internet-connected system is completely secure, however. Henry County Busted Mugshots cannot promise that data will be breach-proof or that every transmission will remain free from risk.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, a parent or guardian may use the Contacts page to request its deletion.
Your Information Choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, a person may ask about information held by this service and request:
- A copy of personal data maintained about the requester.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of information that the service is allowed to remove.
- An opt-out from certain processing, such as selected advertising or analytics.
Changes to This Notice
Privacy practices can change as the service, technology, or legal requirements change. A revised notice will be posted here and will identify its new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised practices apply going forward.
